Characteristic

1.Adopt advanced manufacturing technology and high-end production materials. Finite analysis technology is used to make the machine stronger. The crushing chamber adopts symmetrical "V" shape structure to make the actual inlet width consistent with the nominal inlet width.

2.The moving jaw assembly is made of high quality steel castings, and the heavy eccentric shaft is processed by forging blanks, which makes the machine more reliable and durable. The bearing housing adopts integral cast steel structure to ensure the complete fit with the crushing frame, greatly enhancing the radial strength of the bearing housing.

3.It is equipped with wedge adjustment device, which is simpler, safer and faster than old gasket adjustment. The toothed guard plate is adopted recently to increase the effective length of the jaw plate and increase the yield.

4.All machines in this series are equipped with eccentric shaft bearing which is larger and more durable than other crushers of the same specification. Its higher bearing capacity and effective labyrinth seal greatly extend the bearing service life.
